Handlung

Hoshino Ichika hört einen Song von Miku, den sie nicht kennt. Als sie auf dem Display eine fremdartige Hatsune Miku sieht, kann sie nicht anders als "Miku?!" zu rufen. Doch auch wenn diese ihre Stimme erschrocken wahrgenommen zu haben scheint und es zu einem kurzen Blickkontakt zwischen ihnen kommt, ist Miku gleich wieder verschwunden. Einige Tage später - Ichika hat gerade ein Straßenkonzert gegeben - taucht Miku auf ihrem Smartphone auf. Diesmal spricht Ichika sie vorsichtig an und erfährt so, dass Miku mit ihrem Gesang, wie oft sie es auch versucht, nicht die Menschen erreicht, die sie erreichen möchte. Nachdem sie sah, wie Ichika mit ihrer Musik die Herzen so vieler Menschen berührt, habe sie Kontakt zu ihr aufgenommen, weil sie dachte, sie könne es ihr womöglich gleichtun, indem sie mehr über sie erfährt. Ichika beantwortet Mikus Bitte mit einem Lächeln: "Wenn du denkst, dass ich dir helfen kann?" - und eine neue Geschichte um Hatsune Miku und ihren Freunden nimmt seinen Lauf ...
